Offers up to $100 per day reimbursement for first-time skiers and snowboarders enrolling in equipment and lesson packages for up to three days, and provides on-trip support by connecting new participants with experienced members who guide them to rental offices and ski school.

Provides members with discounted trip rates, lodge stays, and year-round ski/snowboard storage for an annual fee, and allows families to participate in club activities with age-based eligibility for minors.

Operates a lodge in Waitsfield, Vermont available for member stays during unscheduled periods and organizes volunteer work weekends for members to maintain the lodge and grounds. The lodge is also used during scheduled trips and work weekends.

Organizes weekend ski and snowboard trips from December through early April, with round-trip bus transportation from Long Island, NYC, and New Jersey to a lodge in Waitsfield, Vermont. Trips include daily visits to resorts such as Sugarbush, Killington, Stowe, Mad River Glen, and Jay Peak, with shuttles between the lodge and ski areas.

Organizes and hosts year-round outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and kayaking in the Green Mountains and New York area from May to October, with trips based out of Waitsfield, Vermont.

Purchases Killington lift tickets in bulk and resells them to members at a discounted rate of $120 plus $5 for an RFID card if needed, as part of its trip programming.

Provides lodging at the Waitsfield, Vermont lodge with bedding and towels included, serves chef-prepared breakfasts and dinners daily, hosts evening happy hours with an open bar, and provides dinner on return bus trips for attendees.

Offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities as part of trip programming, including daily transportation via Miramar-operated bus service to access these activities when conditions allow.

Engages in ongoing capital improvements including a full clubhouse renovation, course restoration, irrigation system upgrades, construction of a maintenance facility, and expansion of recreational facilities. Over $30 million has been invested over 15 years in these efforts, with major projects completed in 2013, 2015, 2022, and ongoing through 2026.

Hosts private events with customized dining, décor, music, and entertainment for members and guests. Also organizes recurring social and dining events such as Sunday Night Barbecues, Friday Nights on Arthur Avenue, themed gatherings, and family-centric activities.

Operates two heated swimming pools, including a full-sized L-shaped lap pool and a wading/kiddie pool, opened in 2022 as part of a $3 million complex. Also operates a fitness center focused on golf performance and general wellness, along with spacious locker rooms with lounges and TV areas.

Manages multiple dining and lounge areas including the Main Terrace, 19th Hole, Bar Room, Lounge, and Main Dining Room. These spaces offer indoor and outdoor seating with capacities up to 300 guests on outdoor terraces and 225 in the main dining room, featuring premium audiovisual systems and culinary offerings.

Operates an 18-hole golf course recognized for its historical design and quality, including a signature hole ranked among the 500 best worldwide. Maintains full practice facilities including a driving range, chipping and putting greens with all-weather surfaces, and a 45,000 sq. ft. short game area with two greens and practice bunkers.

Offers clinics and lessons for tennis and paddle sports for players of all ages and skill levels. Fields a team in the Westchester Platform Tennis League and hosts major golf qualifying events, including the 2024 U.S. Senior Open Qualifier and the 2026 U.S. Open Qualifier.

Operates six Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and two heated paddle tennis courts with lighting, supporting year-round play. Facilities have been upgraded with lights and under-court heaters to enhance winter usability.

Operates a Devereux Emmet-designed golf course built in 1910, offering structured programs for adults and juniors including clinics, interclub teams, tournaments, and junior golf/tennis activities, along with a full-service golf pro shop staffed by PGA professionals. Maintains an all-weather practice facility with a multi-level range, short-game area, putting green, video instruction, and club fitting.

Hosts and participates in the annual Huntington Cup, a 36-hole golf competition against the Huntington Crescent Club, ongoing since 1983.

Operates a clubhouse with multiple dining spaces and hosts seasonal social events for members, supporting member enjoyment and socialization.
