Golf as Development Platform

Co-founded The Bridge Golf Foundation, a Harlem-based organization that uses golf to improve outcomes for young men of color, and oversees collaborative programming with partner institutions including the Columbia Water Center and Eagle Academy schools.

Provides year-round programming in golf, STEM, workforce development, financial literacy, college and career readiness, and mentoring for underserved youth in New York City, serving over 1,500 students in East Harlem and the Bronx through partnerships with organizations like DREAM and Eagle Academy.

Hosts annual Masters Tournament watch parties in Harlem featuring live coverage, golf-themed activities, and food and drinks, with proceeds from beer sales supporting youth development initiatives.

Provides consulting services to organizations focused on sports-based and STEM-related youth development on a fee-for-service basis.

Runs a summer fellowship program for high school students that includes golf and tennis instruction, mentorship, leadership development, and internships in areas such as golf operations, kitchen, maintenance, and the general manager’s office, with structured work experience and career exposure.

Hosts weekly "Momentum Wednesdays" featuring guest speakers from Quaker Ridge Golf Club to provide career guidance and mentorship, and engages student fellows in non-profit and research projects as part of a project-based learning curriculum.

Engages students from partner schools in research on data science and water security through America’s Water Education Program and supports their participation in national events such as the American Geological Union’s annual conference in San Francisco.

Provides financial support to employees, their family members, and caddies of Bedford Golf & Tennis Club who are enrolled or planning to enroll in qualified educational institutions.

Provides a venue for special events such as weddings, golf tournaments, and seasonal gatherings, featuring indoor and outdoor dining spaces with views of Gardiner's Bay.

Maintains a defibrillator in the clubhouse lobby and ensures staff are trained in its use to support member and guest safety.

Provides custom club-fitting services for members using a Flightscope Launch Monitor to analyze ball flight and optimize equipment performance.

Operates an 18-hole, par 70 golf course exclusively for members, maintaining the grounds and facilities to support regular play and member enjoyment.

Offers a junior golf instruction program open to children of both members and non-members, promoting golf skills, social interaction, and camaraderie through lessons, seasonal events, and special tournaments.

Uses fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and purveyors for catering and dining services at events and on-site venues.

Finances the Delta Care Fund to provide financial assistance to Delta Airlines employees, dependents, survivors, and retirees in need.

Awards grants to the Servite High School Golf Program to support its golf-related activities and operations.

Provides four-year scholarships to children of first responders who demonstrate business acumen and entrepreneurial aspirations through the Patrick Cantlay Scholarship, in partnership with the First Responders Children’s Foundation.

Supports the First Responders Children's Foundation with grants that fund financial assistance, bereavement grants, college scholarships, and holiday toy distribution for families of first responders.
