Operates a Challenger Baseball program during the spring season for children with physical and intellectual disabilities, offering structured, supportive games every Sunday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the PLL Ford Field Complex. The program includes accessibility improvements such as dedicated walkways to dugouts and is part of the broader youth sports offerings.

Conducts ongoing facility upgrades including the renovation and renaming of Field A to Ackley Field for 50/70 play, construction of accessible walkways to dugouts, and installation of a flagpole and monument at Ford Field Complex. These improvements support inclusive access and honor community members.

Provides CPR and First Aid training for managers, coaches, umpires, and Challenger buddies to prepare for medical emergencies during youth sports activities. Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are available at all field locations.

Provides training, mentorship, and paid umpiring opportunities for individuals aged 13 and up, including former players, coaches, parents, and community members. New umpires are paired with experienced veterans for feedback and support, and training is conducted prior to each season.

Provides organized baseball and softball programs for over 1,000 youth participants annually across spring, summer, and fall seasons, including instructional play for younger age groups and player-pitch, umpire-led games for older participants. Programs are hosted at multiple field locations in Pittsford, NY, including PLL Ford Field Complex, PLL Habecker Field Complex, Farm View Park, and Thornell Farm Park.

Organizes and carries out on-the-ground relief missions to Ukraine, delivering food, medical supplies, hygiene items, modular housing units, and industrial heaters. Between multiple missions, delivered over 200 tons of aid and more than 1,000 heaters with generators, providing heating for an estimated 250,000 people.

Finances the creation of documentary films for public education, including funding for the production of "Out of the Darkness," which explores New York's recovery and rebuilding after September 11th.

Organizes and hosts a fellowship series that brings global guest speakers together with college-aged students to discuss current issues and events, aimed at educating and empowering emerging leaders.

Organizes and promotes the Footballs for Freedom campaign, including a nationwide van tour to collect and deliver 500 American footballs from U.S. teams to Kyiv, Ukraine, as a symbolic gesture of solidarity.

Provides organized youth baseball programs that offer a higher level of competition and commitment for youth players and adult coaches.
