Operates a 4,000-square-foot fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, strength-training equipment, group exercise classes, and an indoor heated pool that offers free swim time and swimming lessons for all ages.

Runs a day camp in Rockland County providing summer programming that includes swimming, sports, nature exploration, and STEM activities for children.

Provides an Afterschool Program with transportation pickup from over a dozen schools and free programming at three SONYC sites to support student development and safety.

Facilitates connections between mid-life individuals and younger families to share resources including wealth, knowledge, experience, time, and material goods.

Provides advocacy skills and tools to older adult clients to amplify their voices. Organized and participated in a rally on March 22, 2023 advocating for fair pay for home care workers.

Provides fee-free, personalized care management services to vulnerable older adults in New York City, including assistance with securing public benefits (Medicaid, Medicare Part D, SSI, SCRIE, SNAP, Meals on Wheels), housing advocacy, legal support (including Pooled Trusts and court escorting), and arranging homecare services. The care team includes four Licensed Master Social Workers and four care managers, with bilingual (Spanish-speaking) staff to reflect client demographics.

Operates a Grocery and Nutrition Program that helps older adults access food and addresses long-term needs through care management, financial management, and nutrition counseling. Provides one-on-one and group nutrition counseling sessions with community nutritionist Kitty Zheng to discuss dietary needs, habits, and concerns.

Provides one-on-one in-home tech coaching and group workshops for older adults through the Silver Circles program. Operates intergenerational socialization and education groups that bring together older adults and younger volunteers for workshops and discussions. Also delivers telephonic monitoring services in which young volunteers conduct outreach calls to isolated older adults for check-ins and connection to support.

Provides door-to-door medical escort services using background-checked, trained, and supervised escorts. Accepts self-referrals and referrals from care workers, assigns escorts, conducts pre-appointment check-in calls, and reschedules appointments if escorts are unavailable.

Offers virtual and in-person peer support, cognitive stimulation, and educational programming to reduce social isolation among older adults. Includes weekly and biweekly groups such as Health for Thought (weekly, in-person/phone), Reading Room (weekly via Zoom), Tea & Creativity (biweekly in-person), and Game Club (biweekly in-person), as well as special events like a Senior Safety Seminar and Medication Education sessions.

Expanded free services to older adults on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, covering West 60th to West 112th Streets between Riverside Drive and Central Park West, beginning July 1, 2021.

Runs the iChoose Mentorship Program for high school students at Central Park East High School in East Harlem, focusing on skill-building, healthy decision-making, leadership, communication, advocacy, mindfulness, college planning, and personal resilience. Has mentored over 500 teenagers since 2008 through ongoing meetings, workshops, and mindfulness exercises led by guest mentors, staff, and a meditation instructor.

Leads the Black Restaurant Coalition to advocate for greater diversity, equity, and professional opportunity within the culinary sector.
