Co-founded Konuşmamız Gerek, Türkiye’s first NGO dedicated to menstrual justice, which has reached over two million girls and women across 32 provinces.

Provides support to children affected by disasters, including medical and emotional care at facilities such as the Children’s Wellness Center, as demonstrated by assistance to Aliye following her rescue from earthquake rubble.

Responds to natural disasters and humanitarian emergencies in Türkiye, including the 2023 earthquakes, wildfires, floods, and the COVID-19 pandemic, by mobilizing millions of dollars in aid and supporting recovery, rebuilding, and resilience-building in affected communities such as Hatay and Gaziantep.

Offers tailored philanthropic vehicles including Donor-Advised Funds, planned gifts, bequests, estate gifts, life insurance policies, and designated scholarships to help donors create lasting charitable legacies.

Provides merit- and need-based scholarships to students, particularly young women from Türkiye pursuing education in the U.S. in fields such as health sciences and special education, through a nomination and review process managed by the TPF Scholarship Committee.

Distributes grants to nonprofit organizations in Türkiye and the U.S., having awarded over $50 million to fund 1,543 charitable projects and support 267 nonprofit organizations. These grants have collectively reached more than 3 million people.

Produces impact reports that document funded projects, community strengthening efforts, and the lives transformed through TPF’s grantmaking and partnerships.

Operates an invitation-only community for senior corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators to integrate purpose and social good into business leadership through curated conversations, private events, and collaborative initiatives.

Provides compliance, international due diligence, and reporting services for client philanthropy, and offers guidance to lawyers and advisors on effective charitable giving.

Provides shelter, medical care, and adoption opportunities for stray dogs and cats in Türkiye, responding to challenges arising from Türkiye's Animal Protection Law.

Supports grassroots initiatives such as Mutfakna, a community kitchen in Gaziantep launched by Syrian refugee women, which creates jobs, nourishes families, and fosters cultural unity.

Implements programs that support single mothers across Türkiye in building economic stability, emotional wellbeing, and stronger futures for their families.

Conducts advocacy campaigns, political education, leadership development, and community building to combat state-sanctioned violence.

Offers confidential access and funding for counseling services to current or former USA Gymnastics members who have experienced sexual abuse in the sport, administered through a third-party provider.

Administers funding and leads development initiatives such as the Clayton Riverwalk Phase 3, including property acquisition, project design, and bid management, and oversees infrastructure improvements in the historic district involving streets, sidewalks, water mains, sewer laterals, utility lines, and street lighting.

Conducts research to support job opportunities and community development in Clayton, New York, including commissioning a population and housing study to define and quantify local housing challenges, finalized in 2024.

Works to promote employment opportunities, business development, job retention and growth, and expansion of existing businesses in the Town and Village of Clayton to improve overall quality of life.

Secures and administers grant funding from state and federal sources including NYS Department of State, NYS Empire State Development, USDA Rural Development, and Northern Border Regional Commission, with a total of $12,286,541 secured for projects such as waterfront remediation, property redevelopment, utility improvements, and the Harbor Hotel development.
