Operates as the philanthropic partner of the Theta Iota Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, delivering joint programs aligned with international service goals.

Provides grants to support organizations serving BIPOC and LGBTQI+ communities, including US-based nonprofits and groups operating in the Caribbean and Africa, with a focus on local and international impact.

Funds programs that promote asset building and economic stability for BIPOC and LGBTQI+ individuals and communities, with the goal of disrupting wealth inequality and removing systemic barriers to economic participation.

Provides targeted financial support to specific initiatives such as the SOGN YES Club in Rockford, IL, and the Wawa Aba Womanist Leadership Institute’s Keeping Our Girls in School program in Kenya, enhancing local and global community work and educational opportunities.

Provides scholarships to high school graduates and college students from low-income and underserved communities to support their pursuit of higher education. This includes ongoing financial support for students in New York City and Jamaica.

Organizes and conducts workshops and seminars on College Financial Aid, Immigration, and Citizenship for parents and students to support access to education, legal resources, and civic integration.

Provides emergency relief supplies including food, water, clothing, and medical aid to communities in the Caribbean, including Dominica, Haiti, the Bahamas, and Jamaica. Also supports long-term community development and educational programs in Jamaica and other Caribbean nations in partnership with local organizations.

Distributes gift bags containing new clothes, toys, books, shoes, and winter accessories to children in NYC temporary housing and low-income families during annual Christmas and Three Kings Day celebrations, in partnership with the Department of Homeless Services.

Hosts bi-annual fundraisers, awards galas, and benefit events including the Role Models of Distinction Gala and scholarship benefit events to sustain core programs, recognize community contributors, and celebrate Caribbean American heritage with dining, music, and entertainment.

Founded and operates the Caribbean American Center of New York, a community hub established in 1987 that delivers educational, cultural, and social programs for Caribbean American communities in New York City.

Hosts annual and bi-annual cultural events including Back-to-School events, Three Kings Day celebrations, and Children's Christmas Parties that serve youth in Brooklyn and Queens. Events include parades, performances, gift distribution, food, and cultural activities to celebrate Caribbean American heritage and unite families.

Offers free educational and enrichment programs including STEM, Eureka Math, environmental engineering, cybersecurity, drama, tutoring, mentoring, and counseling to students in New York City. Programs engage students in solving real-world problems using the engineering-design process and support academic success through after-school tutoring and skill-building workshops.
