Faith-Integrated Holistic Support

Provides primary care through a nurse practitioner and volunteer nurses near People's PANTY, including screenings for hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and heart disease, treatment for minor conditions, and dispensing of free medications.

Utilizes regular and part-time volunteers to support the delivery of programs and services grounded in the organization’s convictions and beliefs.

Organizes a yearly event in August where children and parents can select backpacks and school supplies, sourced from donor contributions and donations, to support students in need.

Partners annually with St. Francis Community Health to offer free health screenings including cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose testing, along with free flu shots and specialist referrals.

Hosted a one-day women's retreat in Brooklyn, MD in 2019 for underserved women, featuring a keynote speaker, prayer and craft sessions, community resource groups, boxed lunches, spa treatments, and a raffle with over 25 gift baskets.

Runs multiple food pantry locations with regular distribution hours, including weekly shopping opportunities on Thursdays (2:00–6:30 p.m.) and Tuesdays (1:30–5:30 p.m.). Assumed management of Shelter Rock Food Pantry locations in Manhasset and Westbury starting January 1, 2026. Adapted distribution to a drive-through model during the pandemic, serving over 250 families weekly at peak times.

Offers free, weekly English as a Second Language classes taught by certified instructors, available to clients seeking better job opportunities. Two sessions were scheduled for spring 2025 at 60 East Main Street in Oyster Bay. Previously provided an 8-week course to 18 students.

Runs a Catholic education home school program, providing faith-based academic instruction.

Provides meals and food assistance through a daily kitchen and food pantry service.

Offers residential shelter services for homeless individuals, including two dedicated residences for men.

Hosts regular lectures, seminars, halaqas, social events, and community gatherings focused on Islam, current issues, spiritual growth, and faith-based topics, including special guest lectures by visiting scholars.

Conducts outreach through educational workshops, youth mentorship programs, and volunteer opportunities to engage the broader community.

Collaborates with local organizations to provide food for the hungry, shelter for the vulnerable, and engage in justice advocacy.

Provides educational classes in Quran recitation, memorization, Arabic, Hadith, Islamic ethics, and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for individuals of all ages, including special classes for women and youth.

Hosts daily Islamic prayers (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha), Friday Jumu'ah prayers, and communal prayers and iftar gatherings during Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Ramadan. Provides and publishes a schedule for daily and Friday prayers.

Hosts events and special classes focused on supporting Muslim women in maintaining faith and navigating societal challenges.

Honors high-achieving students with awards during community gatherings, as part of youth engagement and mentorship efforts.

Provides religious services and community outreach activities as part of its core programming.
