Runs an annual summer youth employment initiative for 4–6 students and supports additional mentees in enrolling in the neighborhood Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), providing work experience and career development opportunities.

Operates the Uptown Youth Collective in collaboration with 19 to 23 schools, organizations, churches, police precincts, and local businesses to support youth development and community engagement through quarterly meetings and coordinated initiatives.

Operates the Uptown Youth Council, a student leadership group that collaborates with community leaders, engages in advocacy, and includes three senior apprentices or mentees in collective governance and community projects.

Operates a weekly mentoring program that pairs community leaders and volunteers with middle school students for one-on-one interactions, including shared breakfasts and 45 minutes of developmental activities during the academic year. The program emphasizes character development, leadership, and long-term support, with 13 mentor-student pairs active for six years or more.

Building and operating Holy Trinity Hospital (also known as Hospital Santísima Trinidad) in Río Blanco, San Marcos, Guatemala to expand access to medical care for local communities; construction was reported as 90% complete in the most recent updates.

Constructs essential community and family infrastructure, including building a new house for a family in need with dedicated living, kitchen, and dining spaces, and supporting construction of therapy clinics and renovation of parish facilities to expand rehabilitation services for people with disabilities.

Provides spiritual and emotional care through prayer, counseling, and faith-based outreach, alongside acts of mercy and comfort for the sick and afflicted, as part of promoting holistic well-being.

Runs multidisciplinary programs in health, education, housing, and sustainable economic development to improve quality of life for individuals, families, and institutions in underserved communities in Guatemala.

Provides laboratory equipment, infrastructure, and educational support to schools in Guatemala, including donations of microscopes, stadiometers, stretchers, stethoscopes, and other materials to improve learning conditions and support holistic student development at institutions such as Escuela Oficial Río Hondo and a high school in the sciences and humanities program.

Offers religious outreach services targeted at individuals experiencing poverty, as reported in IRS Form 990 filings.

Provides financial support to 501(c)(3) organizations for initiatives including hunger relief, shelter for the homeless, services for children and the elderly, and reentry support for formerly incarcerated individuals.
