Provides educational services as part of its operational programs.

Provides educational programs and services to disadvantaged individuals, including preschool children, teens, and adults.

Provides individuals and families with access to safe, affordable housing through rental assistance and property rehabilitation services.

Operated the African Dream Camp from 2005 to 2011, delivering counseling and life skills education to 6,000 Liberian children through two-week sessions multiple times per year.

Offers vocational skills training to parents and community members, with approximately 560 currently enrolled (500 women and 60 men), and over 1,500 women trained since 2017. Graduated 350 adults in seven disciplines, equipping them with job-market-relevant skills.

Runs the Children's Health Clinic at African Dream Academy, providing free healthcare services to students, staff, and the surrounding community. The clinic opened in April 2016.

Provides full-time, tuition-free education from nursery through 12th grade to 1,500 students at two campuses in Paynesville, Monrovia, Liberia. The school was established in 2012 and expanded incrementally to include all grades, graduating its first senior class in 2022.

Hosts annual fundraising events including benefit concerts, movie screenings, seasonal shopping events, and campaigns such as the Dream Holiday Red Bag Campaign to support school operations and mission.

Supplies all enrolled students with daily meals, free healthcare through an on-site clinic, clean water, school uniforms, transportation, learning materials, and access to facilities including libraries, computer labs, and science labs.

Provided roofing bundles including zinc sheets, timber, and hardware to support close to 40 families across 12 communities in St. Elizabeth, St. Ann, Trelawny, and St. James, Jamaica, following Hurricane Melissa.

Funds the Theodora Project through annual donations and grants, including $3,100 USD to support recovery and education at Theodora Skills Training Center in Negril and a $2,500 grant for roof reconstruction. Also issued a $5,000 grant for building materials for Sav La Mar residents and the Orange Baptist Church.

Hosts the 11th Annual Community Health Fair offering onsite health education, medical screenings, and access to providers for dental health, pediatrics, and mental health services for the local community.

Holds regular monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 6 PM, conducted both in person and via Zoom, to engage the Jamaican community in Rochester.

Responded to Hurricane Melissa in October 2025 by raising close to $100,000 and distributing over 700 care packages, cooked meals, and essential supplies to affected communities in Trelawny, Clarendon, Westmoreland, and St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Also provided immediate shelter support, including tents and cots, to displaced residents.

Offers transportation support for elderly Jamaicans and assists Jamaican teachers with employment opportunities in the Rochester area.

Provides financial support to college students in the Rochester area through scholarship programs, with documented awards such as the 2012 scholarship to Zanah Francis.

Offers educational programs as part of its direct service activities.

Conducts research and evaluation to assess the impact of the Healing Journeys program and carries out studies on the experiences of Ethiopian Israelis across 20 communities.
