Provides academic enrichment through the Mastery Learning Academy and offers individualized tutoring programs led by licensed teachers, including small-group literacy and math instruction, to support students in grades K–8 and prepare them for college entrance exams.

Operates afterschool programs that provide homework assistance, educational activities, mentorship, sports, arts, and technology groups for children, serving 13,000 children annually.

Publishes annual reports documenting organizational accomplishments from fiscal years 2016 to 2022, providing transparency on program outcomes and operations.

Operates five child development centers offering child care, Early Head Start, Head Start, and Pre-K for All programs for children ages 1 to 5, providing comprehensive developmental and nutritional services to prepare children for kindergarten.

Supports college enrollment through the College Bound Program, assisting graduating seniors with college applications and transition, and provides workforce development programs for youth, with 87% of participating seniors enrolling in college annually.

Provides community outreach services through a multidisciplinary team and engages volunteers to support office operations and assist in meal preparation and service at the Child Development Center.

Provides comprehensive, evidence-based, age-appropriate sexual health education to youth in the Bronx and Harlem through the Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP) program.

Engages families through workshops, parent-teacher conferences, volunteer opportunities, fatherhood programs, family goal setting, and community events, while providing resources for extending children’s learning into the home environment.

Operates a food pantry that prepares and distributes bags of fresh produce and grocery staples to individuals and families in need, providing food assistance four times per month and serving 40,000 hot meals annually to seniors.

Expanded program offerings to include Manhattan, increasing access to youth, family, and senior services beyond the core Bronx and Harlem communities.

Operates a Restorative Justice Program and implements an OASAS-funded prevention education program that builds social-emotional skills, personal strengths, and healthy coping strategies in adolescents, addressing root causes of crime and promoting community safety.

Offers a Saturday Academy program featuring creative arts, performing arts, academic enrichment, sports, and technology classes, as well as holiday camps for children ages 6–12 during school breaks.

Operates three senior centers offering daily hot meals, wellness activities, social programs, exercise classes, educational sessions, referral services, and a monthly legal clinic for adults aged 60 and over, with shuttle transportation available.

Runs a Tech Buddies program that provides technology training to older adults, helping them use devices and digital platforms to improve digital literacy and connectivity.

Establishes and conducts classes, clubs, and lectures to promote the health, social, educational, vocational, and character development of youth, including academic support, mentorship, and civic engagement activities.

Offers tailored conflict resolution training programs for businesses, educational institutions, and community groups to build internal capacity for managing disputes.

Provides mediation for landlord/tenant issues, property damage, breach of contract, consumer and commercial complaints, debt collection, neighbor disputes, and other small claims conflicts in the Southern Tier of New York.

Implements restorative justice practices including mediation, conferencing, and talking circles to address harm, build community accountability, and support healing in a structured and safe environment.
