Provides academic instruction in Spanish and English to prepare students in grades 6–12 for college and leadership, using a dual-language model and co-teaching approach to support mutual language development and academic excellence.

Supports Cayuga Community College-related special projects by awarding grants for faculty and staff professional development, with annual distributions ranging from $8,146 to $317,247 as reported in IRS Form 990 filings.

Provides student scholarships, including full-tuition presidential scholarships awarded to high-achieving students from specific school districts and programs, to support access to education at Cayuga Community College.

Holds title to real property and collects income from it for the benefit of The Cayuga County Community College Foundation and Cayuga Community College.
