Functions as one of 32 designated Rural Health Networks in New York State, serving Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Wyoming counties to support community wellness and prevention through inclusive partnerships.

Operates affordable housing units for seniors aged 62+ through HUD Section 202 and New York State Tax Credit programs.

Offers in-person support to individuals enrolling in health insurance through the New York State of Health Marketplace.
