Delivered medical and mental health care to 19 children and family members released from captivity in November 2023, and developed a new clinical treatment protocol specifically for child hostages.

Relocated pediatric patients to fortified underground facilities and sustained full hospital operations for 40 days during missile attacks in April 2026, including conversion of neonatal units into emergency and surgical care spaces to ensure uninterrupted treatment during attacks in October 2023.

Provides education and training programs by partnering with international doctors to teach new medical procedures, protocols, and techniques to residents from every continent, conducted both at the hospital and on location.

Initiated a herd stocking and child nutrition program in Africa to support food security and child well-being in impoverished regions.

Helps fund and supports the construction of a new 3-story eye hospital in Dhalkebar, Nepal, near the Indian border, and operates the facility which serves over 50,000 patients annually. The hospital supports outreach eye camps and sight-restoring surgeries, including cataract operations.

Organizes volunteer teams of airline personnel to provide educational support in language, math, science, art, and music to orphaned children in Sankkhu–Sharada Village, Nepal.

Established and funded a program at the Santa Ines Clinic in Waspam, Nicaragua, providing medical equipment and full-time physician and nursing services. In 2020, awarded $8,666 in grants and spent $17,188 on health programs in the country.

Funds education and healthcare programs in India, including $58,889 in program expenses and $500 in grants awarded in 2021.

Established a fund in 2021 to facilitate healthcare services for villagers in Kaziranga, India, including children and park rangers, and provided food and medicine to over 200 children and 80 families affected by flooding and pandemic-related unemployment.

Provides medical assistance, food, and medicine to refugees, children, and villagers in underserved regions across multiple countries including Nepal, Nicaragua, Honduras, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania, with a focus on self-help initiatives in preventive medicine, public health, and health worker training.

Conducts regional outreach eye camps in Nepal providing cataract surgeries, eye refractions, and vision restoration services to impoverished communities. Thousands of procedures have been conducted, restoring vision for hundreds of people.

Funds the construction of a protective roof over the therapy pool and provides physical therapy equipment, orthopedic shoes, and braces for children at the Ngonga School for Tibetan Children with Special Needs in Dehradun, India, enabling some to stand and walk for the first time.

Operates the Eco-Home Orphanage in Nepal and provides ongoing support since 2007, including shelter, nutritious meals, medical care, education, and nutrition for dozens of homeless and abandoned children.

Conducts intensive 40-hour training programs for female healthcare workers from remote villages in Nepal, training over 20 candidates per session, and distributes portable medical kits to graduates containing diagnostic tools and medical supplies.

Constructing formal primary schools and over 120 learning centers in rural Haiti, operating temporary schools in tents, providing annual financial support, and monitoring student progress.

Delivering over 5,000 school supplies, food, water, clothing, temporary shelters, construction materials, and camping gear to communities and institutions in Haiti through donated containers and organized shipments.

Shipped 13 railroad containers of donated goods—including food, water, clothing, temporary shelters, construction equipment, medical equipment, drugs, and medical supplies—to earthquake victims in Haiti.

Supporting the establishment and operation of a 10-machine dialysis center in Haiti, including raising approximately $19,000 for training and operations and providing supplies for its completion by October 2016.
