Offers vocational apprenticeships, supports young adult graduates in starting businesses, and engages alumni as mentors and teachers in trades such as welding, mechanics, and engineering to foster employment and leadership.

Facilitates personal correspondence and updates between sponsors and sponsored children through dedicated staff coordination.

Runs a farm for crop production and livestock rearing, a maize mill, and NorthStar Tour and Travel—a travel agency staffed by program graduates—to generate income, create jobs, support dietary needs, and provide vocational experience.

Provides food, medical care, clothing, transportation assistance, and educational support to sponsored children, including those with non-verbal, deaf, physical, learning, or HIV-related challenges. Operates a permanent children's home and partners with families to meet basic needs and foster emotional engagement.

Provides early childhood development services that foster physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and faith-based growth within a Christian environment.

Requires internships as part of multiple degree programs, including Pastoral Studies, Christian Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Christian Ministries, Intercultural Ministries, and TESL, providing practical, field-based experience in ministry contexts.

Offers online programs and maintains adult instructional sites in New York City and Syracuse, with course offerings across New York State and one location in Utah. Includes online EXCEL cohorts for partner churches and online delivery of Bible and TESL certificate programs.

Offers articulation between its Associate of Applied Science program and diploma/BRE degree programs, and maintains formal articulation agreements with Cairn University and SUNY Oswego to support teacher preparation in childhood education.

Provides one-year Bible certificates, three-year diplomas, Associate of Applied Science degrees, and Bachelor of Religious Education degrees in Bible and Theology, all registered with the New York State Education Department. Programs are delivered on campus and online, including a 30-hour Bible Certificate, 60-hour AAS, and 121-hour BRE degree.

Offers a 24-credit, two-semester Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) certificate program delivered entirely online, including a required internship component.

Relocated to the campus of Word of Life Bible Institute in Pottersville, NY, following approval from the New York State Education Department Board of Regents in 2023, and began offering the Bible Relational Education (BRE) degree program there starting fall 2019.

Conducts interdisciplinary research and scholarship through dedicated centers focused on gerontology, adolescent and young adult development, and reading/writing instruction, serving as a clearinghouse for research on psychological, social, cultural, educational, and health-related issues.

Tracks and reports key academic and post-graduation outcomes including graduation rates, retention rates, graduate school enrollment, employment outcomes, NCLEX pass rates for nursing graduates, and federal student loan cohort default rates to assess program effectiveness and institutional performance.

Offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs grounded in the liberal arts and Catholic intellectual tradition, preparing students for careers or advanced studies. Programs include majors in professional fields such as business, nursing, education, and cybersecurity, and are designed to meet state accreditation and licensure requirements.

Provides a forum for discussion of contemporary ethical issues and promotes dialogue between Catholic and Jewish communities as part of its mission commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion guided by Dominican values.
