Designs, builds, and operates Collaborative Learning Environment Centers (CLECs) in rural and underserved areas of Nepal, integrating digital infrastructure, internet connectivity, and interactive learning tools into classrooms to improve educational outcomes. The organization supports 20 active CLECs across 10 regional hubs in 4 provinces, including installations in high schools, ward offices, and rural campuses, with evidence of enhanced student engagement, academic performance, and teacher effectiveness.

Organizes annual Donor's Journey trips to Nepal, managing logistics, itineraries, cultural experiences, and accommodations to immerse donors in the organization’s work, including visits to CLEC-equipped schools and interactions with students, teachers, and rural communities.

Delivers digital literacy, computer science education, and skills development programs for students and teachers in rural Nepal. This includes teaching coding, web development, and digital creation to high school students, as well as training over 54 teachers in collaborative ICT teaching methods and facilitating workshops on AI in education and collaborative tools.

Develops, rehabilitates, and manages affordable rental and ownership housing, including new construction and renovations of existing properties. Offers specialized units for veterans, seniors, young adults, and individuals with mental illness or addiction. Developed or preserved 1,293 affordable rental units and 52 ownership units.

Provides emergency and transitional housing for families and youth experiencing homelessness or family conflict, including 24/7 availability for housing requests, crisis intervention, and care management support. Serves youth under age 18 and young adults up to age 25 through dedicated programs and drop-in centers.
