Provides a space for disabled individuals to learn and express dance movement through ongoing dance programming.

Offers instruction in various forms of dance to advance its artistic and educational goals.

Makes studio space available to external dancers, choreographers, arts groups, nonprofits, and community members at subsidized artist rental rates of $10 per hour, supported by grant funding. Proceeds from rentals support dance education programs for local children and families.

Offers seasonal vacation camps for children ages 4 and up that include dance education, workshops in dance history, anatomy, nutrition, and arts and crafts. Programs are part of broader efforts to provide comprehensive arts engagement.

Offers educational programs, team-building workshops, and somatic rehabilitation initiatives that integrate movement, trauma-informed practices, and social justice inquiry to address gender-based violence, promote accountability, and support embodiment and restorative justice. Programs foster self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and communication through embodied leadership.

Operates a two-week intensive dance program in Italy that supports skill development, artistic expression, and cultural understanding, including performances that connect participants with local communities.
