Runs an Employee Giving Campaign through which staff have collectively raised over $2.9 million for essential patient and family support programs since its inception over 30 years ago.

Provides financial assistance for everyday essentials and non-reimbursable needs such as deductibles, medical equipment, and household items through the Patient Care Fund, which distributed $3,600 to support patients.

Provides financial assistance to ensure access to high-quality, compassionate hospice and palliative care for uninsured and underinsured patients, including coverage of non-reimbursable medical expenses and care extending beyond traditional insurance. The Charitable Care Fund provided over $275,000 in financial assistance for hospice medical expenses.

Finances pediatric hospice services that provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to children and families, including anticipatory grief counseling, decision-making guidance, and the Holiday Gift initiative for children in care.

Hosts events such as wine tastings and “Hospice Goes to Broadway” to raise funds for patient and family care programs, with proceeds directly supporting care initiatives.

Develops educational curriculum and conducts clinical outcome research related to ADHD parenting groups and the integration of individuals with ADHD in the Jewish community.

Provides grants to support projects serving children, adolescents, and parents with ADHD and associated disorders within the Jewish community.

Runs a weekly after-school program four days per week for fifty children from the Ethiopian community, providing academic support, professional assistance, and warm meals to support long-term personal and academic development.

Offers individual consultations and group workshops to help adults, parents, and teachers manage ADHD-related challenges. The organization has been leading such support and education groups since the early 1990s.

Authored and published a practical guide titled "Kosher ADHD: Thriving with ADHD within the Jewish Community" to support individuals with ADHD in living a Torah-observant life.

Runs programs in Maale Adumim for at-risk high school students, primarily from immigrant families, focusing on sports, leadership, and academic support to promote development and inclusion.

Provides case management services to 2,305 families annually, assessing client needs and connecting them to government benefits, utility assistance, legal referrals, and emergency cash grants. Offers specialized support for seniors and general crisis intervention.

Engages children and classes in volunteering at the food pantry, providing education on food redistribution and the value of chesed (acts of kindness).
