Organizes and hosts an annual music camp and free public concert in Dexter, Maine, bringing together adult instrumental musicians for rehearsal and performance.

Provides planning guides, promotional materials, best practices resources, and free consultation to individuals starting new New Horizons music groups, including sample news releases, brochures, and networking tools.

Organizes and presents public music performances in a variety of settings including formal venues, parks, shopping malls, and retirement or nursing homes, featuring ensembles formed through the New Horizons network.

Supports networking and communication among New Horizons music groups, conductors, and individual members to strengthen the national and international community.

Funds and supports the International Coalition Performing Arts Aerosol Study, which produced updated safety guidelines for music-related activities during the pandemic.

Plans and organizes music camps for adult musicians, such as the Lawrenceburg, IN Music Camp in 2026, and conducts international music trips like the American Music Abroad program.

Provides music education and ensemble opportunities for adults of all ages, including those with no prior experience or who have been inactive musicians, through bands, orchestras, choruses, and smaller ensembles. Offers instruction to adults beginning as late as age 89.

Produces a semi-annual newsletter, maintains a comprehensive website, and shares information about music camps, virtual events, and updates on New Horizons groups in the U.S., Canada, and worldwide.

Produces a biweekly podcast titled "Music Forever" featuring interviews and stories from members and conductors of New Horizons music groups.

Maintains and supports a network of member music groups across North America founded on New Horizons Music principles, governed by a Board of Directors drawn from various programs.

Hosts virtual classes and seminars on topics including music and hearing aids, digital music readers (forScore), recorder instruction, percussion, music theory, notation, and rehearsal preparation for novice musicians. Includes free offerings and multi-part course series.

Runs multi-week summer programs for students in grades 3–12, offering instruction in band, orchestra, chorus, piano, world drumming, ukulele, jazz, show choir, and art. Programs include beginning to advanced levels, small-group lessons, ensemble rehearsals, and culminating performances or art displays. A three-week music program serves students entering grades 4–12, and a two-week art enrichment program provides materials and professional instruction.

Performs wind music at public venues including parks, private country clubs, nursing homes, community events, and theaters across Long Island, New York City, and Westchester County. The ensemble has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Patchogue Theatre for Performing Arts, with historical performances using 1800s-era instruments and costumes to reflect authenticity.

Created an "Introduction to Performing Music" video series to support music educators and beginning students in selecting and learning first instruments for chorus, orchestra, and band. Also composes and arranges musical works published by Kendor Music and Cimarron Press, performed by various ensembles nationwide.

Offers financial aid to elementary-age students facing financial hardship to enable their participation in three-week summer music programs.

Authored and published a collection of euphonium solos titled 'Kendor Master Repertoire' in 2013, with a second volume 'Kendor Debut Solos' scheduled for release in Fall 2015.
