Provides educational programs, mentoring, and advocacy initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering the next generation of females.

Provides personalized mentorship to elementary and middle school girls to support their academic, social, and emotional development.

Co-hosts educational events on Alzheimer’s disease, heart health in Black women, mental health disparities, grief and stress, and viruses and vaccines, often in partnership with organizations like the Alzheimer's Association and Thrive NYC.

Hosts the annual STOMPFest, a high school step team competition that engages youth from the Tristate area in cultural expression and community building.

Hosts cultural and community-building events such as comedy shows, West African dance and drumming workshops, networking mixers, and elegant Caribbean-themed fundraisers to promote wellness, financial literacy, and community solidarity.

Hosts documentary screenings and panel discussions on Black maternal health, such as the screening of “Aftershock,” and provides educational events on preparing women for political candidacy and civic engagement.

Implements community service programs through the national Z-HOPE initiative focused on mind, body, and spirit.

Hosts virtual events such as the Empowerment Summit and educational workshops on conservation, mental wellness, and personal development to promote health and lifelong learning.

Organizes youth-led initiatives including the Holiday Coats and Canned Food Drive, book drives, blanket drives, holiday performances at nursing homes and community centers, and participation in God’s Love We Deliver events.

Participates in national and local walks including the March of Dimes March for Babies, the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Walk, and God’s Love We Deliver’s Race to Deliver, often involving youth auxiliaries.

Provides mentorship programs for girls aged 4 to 18 through initiatives such as Amicette, Archonettes, and Pearlettes, promoting academic excellence, leadership development, and social and cultural awareness.

Co-hosts cold-weather item drives for survivors of domestic violence, organizes solidarity walks such as “Walk in Silence for the Silenced,” and hosts educational events featuring experts on domestic violence awareness.

Collects and distributes clothing, water, shoes, toys, and other supplies for humanitarian relief, including support for hurricane victims in the Caribbean, children in Jamaica and Haiti, and pediatric patients in New York hospitals.

Supports residents of New Carlton Nursing Home through regular visits and holiday performances as part of the Adopt-A-Nursing Home initiative.

Established the first undergraduate major in LGBT/Queer Studies in the United States and continues to innovate through research centers and academic programming. Students engage in research such as air quality data collection to identify pollution hotspots.

Provides educational access to educationally and economically disadvantaged students through the Higher Education Opportunity Program and the College Experience program in partnership with Ontario ARC, which offers students with developmental disabilities access to college courses and campus life.

Hosts annual arts events including the Koshare Dance Collective, which draws nearly 2,000 attendees, and co-sponsors The Arts Experience festival to enable participation in the arts for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, students, and the public. Also produced the inaugural winner of the Seneca Review’s Carter Harris Broadside Poetry Prize through student, alumni, and faculty collaboration.

Provides comprehensive career services that contribute to high post-graduation outcomes, including a 95% employment or graduate school enrollment rate within four months of graduation, an 80% medical school acceptance rate, and median starting and mid-career salaries of $69,100 and $132,600 respectively. Hosts career treks, such as a Nonprofit Career Trek to Brooklyn and Westchester County.
