Offers classes and events at Wheatley Farms & Arts Center and operates the East Meadow Art Gallery to support creative expression and community involvement. Adults with IDD participate in the creative process, display their artwork, and develop skills in painting and other media.

Provides one-on-one community habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home or community setting, supporting 144 individuals annually. Services are delivered year-round and focus on building life skills and community integration.

Offers inclusive, hands-on activities in animal care, gardening, painting, wellness, art, music, and nature through the Saturday Recreation Program and week-long respite services during school vacations. Programs run on a 12-month calendar and aim to foster community engagement and personal growth.

Provides OPWDD-approved day habilitation services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across 21 locations in Nassau County, Long Island, serving approximately 1,127 individuals annually. These services promote personal independence, skill acquisition, and community engagement through structured activities.

Provides specialized educational, therapeutic, and developmental support for children from birth through age 22 with developmental delays, communication challenges, and learning disabilities. Services include Early Intervention (birth to 3 years), preschool programs, full-day special education, and home- or community-based instruction across multiple locations in Nassau County.

Supports individuals in securing competitively paid, community-based employment through comprehensive services including employment discovery, readiness classes, individualized coaching, and transition planning beginning at age 14. Offers paid internships at minimum wage and unpaid work experiences to build workforce skills.

Provides guidance, information, and personalized support to help individuals and families navigate access to services aligned with personal life goals. Offers workshops for families and advocates, a sibling support group meeting four times per year, and a family reimbursement program funded through OPWDD.

Operates The Beat, an online learning and resource center offering free classes, tools, videos, and resources to support skill development and peer connection for individuals with disabilities, their families, and the community.

Operates over 100 supervised and supportive residential settings on Long Island for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing structured and nurturing environments that promote independence and quality of life.

Provides short-term, planned residential respite care for adults aged 18 and older eligible through OPWDD, including overnight and out-of-home options. This service supports family caregivers by offering temporary relief and enhancing quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Operates the One Stop Gift Shop in Hicksville and the Big Tree gift shop, which sell hand-crafted goods such as soaps, candles, and home items made by individuals supported by the organization. These programs strengthen skills in retail and independence for adults with IDD.

Provides employment services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including landscaping, cleaning, catering, and retail operations. These services support job placement and career development through real-world work experiences.

Provides pre-vocational and vocational training in retail, food service, cleaning, farm work, animal care, plant care, sales, and production assembly through the Employment Training Program and vocational center. Serves approximately 28 individuals annually with job readiness and skill-building opportunities.

Operates the Community Impact Institute (CII), established in 2009, to advance capacity building, deliver technical assistance, improve service delivery, and conduct community needs assessments through cross-sector collaboration.

Delivers occupational health services that combine clinical treatment with employment supports, operating programs in New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Texas through subsidiaries and local providers to improve health and economic well-being outcomes.

Produces approximately 45,000 Personal Distress Light Markers annually for the U.S. military and about 5,000 "Man overboard" distress light markers each year for the U.S. Safety of Life At Sea program, integrating production with workforce development for people with barriers to employment.

Provides education services through alternative high schools and career design schools in New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Texas, and Boston, graduating 100% of enrolled students who earn accredited diplomas and advancing all eligible middle school students to high school. The Fedcap School serves approximately 60–65 students annually and integrates high-impact internships with stipends for students working over 30 hours per week in professional settings.

Runs socially responsible businesses including TFM (cleaning and disinfecting services), Print and Mailing Services, and a Document Management Center providing data entry and document scanning. These enterprises operate 24/7, manage over 22 million square feet of facilities under contract, and employ individuals with disabilities and veterans, supporting workforce development and service outcomes.
