Evidence-Based Change

By grounding programs, policies, and systems reform in rigorous research and data, we produce more effective and scalable social impact, because decisions informed by causal evidence and scientific insight lead to higher-impact interventions than intuition or tradition. This strategy unifies a shared belief across diverse nonprofits that lasting change—whether in poverty alleviation, workforce development, animal protection, or social connection—is best achieved through the systematic use of evidence. What distinguishes this approach is its focus not just on collecting data, but on using it to design, test, optimize, and scale interventions with clear causal logic. Unlike operational practices such as "monitoring and evaluation," this strategy positions evidence as the central driver of both programmatic and systemic change.
