Conducts three weeks of pre-school professional development, coaching, and teamwork for staff each August to support instructional excellence.

Operates three Pre-K programs with personalized learning plans and an emphasis on one-on-one and small-group instruction. Plans to open a new Pre-K program in Bed-Stuy in Fall 2026.

Operates 23 free public charter schools across seven Brooklyn neighborhoods, serving over 7,400 students in grades Pre-K through 12. Schools are located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Canarsie, Crown Heights, Cypress Hills, East Flatbush, Ocean Hill-Brownsville, and Williamsburg.

Offers a longer school day and additional learning days each year to support college preparation. Over 99% of graduates are accepted to college, and students receive significant college scholarships, with the Class of 2016 earning over $2.5 million. All students in the Class of 2019 took at least one Advanced Placement course.

Provides enrollment information and application support, offers 3-D virtual tours of school facilities, and maintains a map-based tool to help families locate neighborhood schools. Holds family events at each campus at least once every two months.

Conducts interviews for early-grade applicants and administers entrance exams for grades 1–12. Hosts annual Open House events in the spring to inform prospective families and facilitate application procedures, including testing.

Provides language arts education using the Wit & Wisdom curriculum, focusing on reading comprehension, phonics, grammar, writing, and evaluation for grades PK–12. Delivers mathematics instruction using McGraw-Hill MyMath, Big Ideas Math, and Glencoe Algebra, emphasizing computational skills, reasoning, and daily use of manipulatives for grades K–8.

Provides comprehensive academic instruction for students from PreKindergarten through 12th grade at a Christ-centered school in Inwood, Upper Manhattan, integrating Biblical values across all subjects and school activities. The program includes play-based early education, departmentalized middle school instruction, and a hybrid high school model combining in-person and online learning.

Requires community service hours as part of the middle and high school curriculum and organizes annual service learning projects involving students, teachers, and families in fundraising, direct service, or resource creation to support local causes and communities.

Operates in a leased 30,000+ square foot facility at 4124 9th Ave in New York City, featuring a gym, large classrooms, and a full auditorium. Relocated in summer 2025 due to space constraints and secured a 3-year lease to ensure continuity of operations.

Provides weekly instruction in music, art, physical education, and technology, along with after-school clubs and sports opportunities for middle school students. Supports student engagement in academic competitions such as spelling bees and Math Olympics, as well as athletic teams.

Teaches all academic subjects from a Biblical worldview centered on creation, fall, and redemption, with structured Bible study, scripture memorization, and character development across grades PK–12. Includes regular chapel services and integrates faith into assemblies, concerts, sports, and extracurriculars to cultivate spiritual growth.

Offers need-based scholarships that reduce tuition by 25–75%, up to $3,400, for eligible families to increase access to its Christian educational program.

Hires professionally qualified educators who exemplify Christian values and are committed to working with children. Actively recruits substitute teachers and accepts applications for future teaching positions (e.g., 2025–2026 school year) to sustain instructional quality.

Conducted the longitudinal "Lives Over Time" research study to identify eight key qualities correlated with long-term independence and success in individuals with learning disabilities, informing educational practices across the organization.

Provides a comprehensive, individualized education program for students aged 8–21 with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and nonverbal learning disabilities (NVLD), using a neuropsychological approach to tailor instruction. Operates seven physical campuses in New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, Long Island, and San Francisco, plus an online learning program, serving 637 students with an average class size of 8.

Provides structured college placement and transition planning starting in students' junior year, including individualized meetings with families to plan post-secondary pathways and refine applications. Offers instructional seminars on navigating college challenges such as syllabi interpretation, scheduling, and accessing campus resources.

Creates and distributes documentary films that capture the lived experiences of students, faculty, parents, and school leaders across Winston Prep campuses, used to communicate the school’s mission and model.
