Coordinates fundraising, strategic planning, and centralized administrative functions for Northeast Parent & Child Society, Inc. and Parsons Child and Family Center.

Offers an umbrella organizational structure enabling volunteer human service agencies to operate efficiently and serve individuals in need in Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, NY.

Supports and increases funding for playoff events as part of its operational activities in amateur hockey.

Offers financial scholarships to high school and college-bound seniors based on academic achievement, supporting educational advancement among youth in the hockey community.

Conducts community and housing development projects, including homeownership promotion, housing rehabilitation services, first-time homebuyer programs, and a Revolving Loan Fund for home repairs. Supports small businesses through BADMA and a special tax district in Buffalo's Northeast.

Operates the Gloria J. Parks Community Center as a permanent facility offering a full-court gymnasium, cardio and weight rooms, group exercise classes, locker rooms, and a Community Technology Center with technological resources for youth. Offers private room rentals for social events such as baby showers, wedding showers, and birthday parties on weekends.

Provides housing and human services aimed at improving quality of life for residents in the University District and surrounding neighborhoods of Buffalo.

Applied for funding to renovate the Parkside Candies Store exterior, conduct streetscape improvements on the Main and Winspear block, and complete renovations of the Uptown Theater on Bailey Avenue; previously received a $150,000 grant to install new HVAC systems at the Uptown Theater in 2013.

Operates rental programs that provide affordable housing for low-income tenants and office space for nonprofit organizations.

Offers the Gloria J. Parks Silver Enrichment Program with free daily activities for seniors from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including recreation, nutrition, fitness, socialization, education, computer classes, card tournaments, dance parties, and field trips. Provides nutritionally balanced meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with a suggested donation of $3, in partnership with the Erie County Nutrition Program.

Offers volunteer opportunities in community development outreach, senior programs, and youth programs across its service areas.

Provides after-school and full-day summer camp programs for youth in grades K–8, including academic assistance, life skills development, arts, field trips, recreational activities, and inquiry-based science and sports magnet camps. Operates under 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant funding, serving 175 inner-city children annually.

Provides financial support exclusively to Educational Alliance, Inc., functioning as a supporting organization that channels resources to advance the programs and services of this single beneficiary organization.

Offers infrastructure and operational support to advance the charitable and educational missions of its member organizations, including NJH and ISMMS.

Implements a Quality & Compliance framework and Corporate Compliance Program to ensure adherence to federal and New York State regulations, including HIPAA, New York Social Services Law §363-d, and 18 NYCRR Part 521, with documented oversight structures to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.

Provides contract staffing services to educational institutions in Tompkins County, deploying fully supervised crews to perform dish room and dining room duties while offering on-the-job training and career paths to individuals with barriers to employment, delivering hundreds of shifts per week.

Supports over 100 workers with disabilities weekly across 60–75 employers by developing individualized plans for vocational advancement, providing vocational rehabilitation counseling, benefits counseling, and job retention support for clients with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or vocational rehabilitation needs.

Provides evidence-based mental health treatment and social work counseling for individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders through a satellite clinic at Danby Road offices.
