Produces the AIRROC Update newsletter, AIRROC Matters magazine, annual reports (2021–2025), and maintains a library of 108 on-demand video sessions. Published 99 new articles in AIRROC Update in 2024 and offers on-demand educational modules for members.

Maintains a formal Dispute Resolution Procedure (DRP), a searchable public directory of certified arbitrators and mediators, Pre-Set Neutral Panels, and provides assistance in resolving impasses in arbitrator selection. Also updates DRP guidelines and promotes dispute resolution offerings through educational sessions.

Produces the "NextGen" and "The Legacy Life" podcasts with 26 episodes and nearly 4,000 downloads, co-hosts intern events with ReUnder 40’s attended by nearly 100 student interns, and offers a scholarship program for emerging professionals in the legacy insurance sector.

Ensures the SGCC Certification Program meets ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ANAB requirements through accreditation via AMS, Inc., and aligns testing protocols across U.S. and Canadian safety glazing standards.

Implements procedural and policy updates such as certification fee increases, revised labeling requirements, updated license agreements, new data collection protocols, and compliance with CPSC electronic filing requirements.

Produces and publishes technical guidance documents (e.g., SD-210, SD-211), video tutorials on testing procedures, FAQs, and presentations to support manufacturers in meeting certification requirements for laminated glass and other safety glazing products.

Distributes the Certified Products Directory twice annually to over 2,500 stakeholders and maintains online access to plant certificates and testing history via the Certification Information Portal and public website.

Maintains and publishes a list of accepted interlayer materials for use in SGCC-certified laminated glass and updates certification criteria to reflect evolving technical and regulatory standards.

Conducts unannounced biannual plant inspections, product sampling, and follow-up testing at approved laboratories to verify continued compliance with safety standards and quality assurance requirements.

Conducts public reviews of national safety glazing standards such as CAN/CGSB 12.1 to ensure stakeholder input and continuous improvement of certification criteria.

Approved and prepared for a laboratory pilot program to support certification of safety glazing products in the European market.

Conducts certification of safety glazing materials according to U.S. (ANSI Z97.1) and Canadian (CAN/CGSB 12.1) standards through independent testing, issuance of certification numbers, and authorization to use the SGCC logo upon submission of passing test reports and payment of fees.

Delivers training on good agricultural practices to smallholder farmers through partner-led programs, including registering and training over 33,000 coffee farmers in Uganda.
