Provides full-day child care and early childhood education services for children from birth to 5 years old, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm at the Gallow School Levittown Campus. Curriculum supports academic, social, emotional, and physical development, including specialized instruction in physical education, music, and computers.

Provides comprehensive early intervention services for children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions, including special instruction, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, and family support services. Services are delivered in home, community, or facility settings in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and are provided at no cost to families as an approved provider by the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Early Intervention.

Engages parents as partners in their child’s education through assigned social workers, parent-teacher conferences, inclusion on interdisciplinary teams, counseling, training, and participation in support groups and workshops. Programs focus on behavior management, understanding disability, transition planning, and daily routines.

Operates an evaluation center providing multidisciplinary and bilingual assessments for children from birth to 8 years old with suspected disabilities or developmental delays, supporting diagnosis and educational planning.

Offers year-round training, professional development, consultation services, and internship opportunities for early childhood professionals to enhance skills in working with children with diverse learning needs.

Provides on-site and in-home related therapeutic services—including speech, occupational, physical, and play therapy, as well as child psychological counseling—for children from birth to 8 years old, delivered by licensed or certified professionals according to IEPs or individual needs.

Provides full-day special education programs for school-age children ages 5 to 8 with disabilities based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), addressing learning, language, and behavioral challenges.
