Funds scholarships for youths facing financial challenges who demonstrate academic excellence, athletic prowess, and commitment to life-affirming values, to support their further education.

Provides Academic Enrichment Grants to the active chapter since 2012 to support educational and developmental initiatives within the fraternity.

Organizes and participates in a range of philanthropic events including a Blood Drive with the American Red Cross, Relay For Life, Adopt-A, Judy's Day, Halloween at Southside, and Adopt-a-Soldier letter writing.

Provides multiple scholarships and financial awards to active chapter members based on need, scholarship, character, leadership, and commitment to the fraternity, including need-based and non-need-based awards ranging from $275 to $1000 and supported through investment income and endowment funds.

Provides annual awards to incoming Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) freshmen and transfer students through the CALS Charitable Trust.

Provides housing and shared facilities at 214 Thurston Avenue for approximately 30 active members and maintains a fully stocked kitchen accessible for self-prepared meals.

Hosts an annual event on the Ag Quad featuring animals, educational information, and food service to raise funds and promote agriculture.

Employs a chef to prepare and serve regular meals during academic semesters, including weekday lunches, dinners Sunday–Thursday, and Sunday brunch.

Conducts active recruitment efforts to bring in new members to the Cornell Chapter of Alpha Zeta Fraternity.

Encourages and facilitates individual member volunteering at veterinary clinics, animal rescue centers, and local 4-H centers as part of the fraternity’s philanthropy focus on agriculture.

Contributed funds toward the purchase of a school bus for Montego Bay High School as part of broader support for school infrastructure and operations.

Served over 150 hot meals annually in 2021 and 2022 to the needy, homeless, and residents of assisted living facilities including Park Hotel Boarding Home and Dudley House in Plainfield, NJ, and to Beginning World Changers in Dunellen, NJ, through an ongoing community service partnership.

Facilitated the shipment of 25 laptops through a partnership with UJAA, Inc., and donated 40 laptops directly to Montego Bay High School in 2021 to support student learning and school resources.

Conducts fundraising events, including annual benefit balls and virtual celebrations, and uses membership dues to generate financial support for Montego Bay High School. Raised over $50,000 in 2020 for school expansion and modernization and over 2.7 million Jamaican dollars during a 2020 virtual event.

Offers annual educational awards of $250 per student across multiple categories and awards six annual college-bound scholarships based on academic achievement, financial need, and commitment to higher education. Has granted over 129 awards totaling approximately $40,000 USD to support student education.

Presents the Beacon Award and Community Service Award to recognize alumnae for professional accomplishments, service, and leadership. Recipients include Dr. Millicent Comrie (2017), Erwin Clare (2018), and Mary Young (2019).

Promotes women's empowerment, self-definition, and leadership development among alumnae and the broader community as part of its organizational mission.

Provides merit-based scholarships to students and makes donations to charitable organizations, functioning as a grantmaker in support of education and other charitable causes.
