Produced and distributed over 1,500 handmade postcards through the 'I am Grateful for You' initiative to promote artistic expression across the country.

Provides fiscal sponsorship to individual artists and arts organizations, enabling them to receive tax-deductible donations and access nonprofit benefits.

Displays artwork at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, including selections from The Carrying Stones Project, and engages members in UN programs through panels, exhibitions, and youth mentorship.

Provides free monthly virtual programs through Second Saturday Sessions and hosts monthly Art Book Club meetings for members to discuss books on women artists and art history.

Preserves organizational records from 1972–1988 at Rutgers University Libraries' Special Collections and established The Art and Activism Database in 2010 to document projects addressing social and political issues.

Provides reduced membership fees for students and individuals with limited income to broaden participation in the organization.

Maintains active regional chapters in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Colorado, Northern and Southern California, and Central Pennsylvania to support local engagement and professional growth.

Hosts the annual Honor Awards for Lifetime Achievement in the Visual Arts, which began in 1979 and includes a commemorative catalog; the first ceremony was held at the White House with President Jimmy Carter.

Produces activist-themed exhibitions such as 'Guns: Artists Respond' (2018), 'Women, Yes!' (2016), and 'Petroleum Paradox' (2013), and supports regional exhibitions on topics including violence, choice, and urban perspectives.

Launched the national pop-up online exhibition 'Fall of Freedom | Freedom of Expression' to resist authoritarianism and hosted an online Pride Month exhibition curated by Karin Luner to celebrate LGBTQ+ artists.

Offers training through the Young Women’s Caucus on portfolios and artist statements, hosts interactive workshops on art criticism, and supports member-led PODs focused on shared artistic interests.

Produces a national blog (Art Insights), a monthly newsletter (Pulse), and maintains a Member Gallery to share member profiles, events, and discussions on women in the arts.

Obtained the first National Endowment for the Arts grant awarded to a feminist art project during Judith K. Brodsky's presidency (1976–1978).

Develops collaborative art projects that celebrate environmental and land art, with attention to site specificity and social issues, and promotes activism around climate change.

Administered an 8-month virtual fellowship for Bolivian contemporary artists through the Indigenous International: Green Architecture Project in La Paz, Bolivia, to support sustainable design and cultural innovation.

Provides artist fellowship grants ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 to emerging artists and architects from the United States, Canada, Bolivia, Kenya, and Rwanda to create large-scale works using vernacular materials and digital-based media.

Provides mentorship grants ranging from $500 to $1,000 to artists, educators, and architects from North America, South America, and Africa to support professional development and creative leadership.
