How they approach the work

Named approaches extracted from this org’s sources. Where others share an approach, follow it to see the full set of orgs running it.

  • Food Is Medicine Integration
    methodology: food_is_medicine
By integrating food distribution into clinical care for pregnant patients, the hospital treats nutrition as a clinical intervention to improve health outcomes, because addressing social determinants like food insecurity directly impacts maternal and child health.
  • Multidisciplinary Team Approach to Care
    methodology: multidisciplinary_care
By using multidisciplinary teams that integrate medical, surgical, and supportive specialists, the hospital develops personalized treatment plans across the full continuum of care, because coordinated expertise leads to more comprehensive and effective patient outcomes in complex conditions like cancer and orthopedics.
  • Telehealth-Enabled Access Expansion
    methodology: virtual-care-access
By using TeleHealth, the hospital increases access to care and improves timeliness by enabling remote visits, because virtual care reduces travel, wait times, and exposure risks—particularly benefiting rural and vulnerable populations.
