Operates a sliding fee scale based on income and family size to ensure access to care regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. No patient is denied services due to inability to pay, and discounted rates are available to qualifying individuals.

Delivers mental health care including individual and group therapy, medication management for anxiety and depression, and secure telehealth counseling. Services are available to individuals and families, with demonstrated outcomes including reduced suicidal behaviors, improved social functioning, and lower treatment dropout rates.

Provides comprehensive cardiac care including diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular diseases, and congenital heart defects. Offers screenings, cardiac imaging, hypertension and lipid management, chest pain assessment, and lifestyle counseling.

Delivers ongoing management for chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, HIV, and mental health disorders, with a focus on prevention, early detection, and wellness. Includes advanced diagnostics, disease screening, and lifestyle counseling.

Provides integrated primary and specialty healthcare services across multiple disciplines including internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, behavioral health, dental, optometry, gynecology, podiatry, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and psychiatry. Services are delivered through a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike model and include preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages.

Provides comprehensive dental care for all ages, including preventive services (exams, cleanings), treatment of gum disease, fillings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, emergency dental care, and patient advocacy to restore oral health. Offers oral cancer screenings and management of advanced periodontal conditions.

Provides full-spectrum gynecological care for women of all ages, including annual exams, Pap smears, cervical and breast cancer screenings, contraceptive counseling, STI treatment, management of menstrual and menopausal symptoms, fertility evaluations, and treatment of conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, and ovarian cysts.

Offers comprehensive eye care for all ages, including diagnosis and treatment of dry eye, glaucoma, low vision, and diabetic eye conditions. Provides refractive surgery screenings, prescription eyewear (glasses and contact lenses), and co-management of surgical eye patients.

Provides comprehensive pediatric services from newborn care through adolescence, including well-child visits, immunizations, developmental pediatrics, school and sports physicals, vision and hearing tests, pulmonary function testing, allergy testing, and sick visits. Serves children up to age 18.

Diagnoses and treats foot and ankle conditions including ingrown toenails, sprains, arthritis, athlete’s foot, and diabetic foot infections. Performs surgical interventions when necessary and provides geriatric and high-risk diabetic foot care to prevent amputation.

Operates urgent care services for immediate medical needs outside regular hours and provides after-hours consultation and follow-up support coordinated between clinical and administrative staff.

Delivers dermatological care for skin, hair, and nail conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, infections, hair loss, and scarring. Performs surgical procedures for complex or treatment-resistant dermatological conditions.

Provides diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal conditions including GERD, peptic ulcers, gastritis, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis), colorectal cancer screening, liver diseases (hepatitis, cirrhosis), gallbladder disorders, pancreatitis, gastrointestinal bleeding, and functional disorders like IBS. Performs endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
