Inclusive Immersion Model

Provides retreats and camp programs for adult populations, including women’s weekends, wellness and mindfulness retreats, clergy retreats, and the 'Fun After 50' camp for adults over 50, with structured programming and participant welcome materials.

Operates cabins, main buildings, and Pilgrim Lodge at the conference center for use in camps, retreats, conferences, banquets, meetings, picnics, and family reunions, with seasonal availability from May through October and year-round access to select facilities. Grounds include accessible terrain and parking.

Hosts week-long and weekend family camp programs, including two dedicated week-long sessions and specialized weekends for families of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, fostering community and shared spiritual and recreational experiences.

Runs seasonal camp offerings including winter weekend adventures for youth in grades 3–9, fall adventure camps, and recurring weekend programs such as scrapbooking camps, providing structured activities and participant support materials like welcome letters and packing lists.

Provides week-long summer camps centered on specific activities, including soccer, swimming, and outdoor adventure, for youth entering grades 3 through 9 or 11, with structured programming, meals, and participant support materials.

Provides a summer day camp for children entering kindergarten through 8th grade, operating Monday through Friday from June 29 to August 14, with full-day (7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and part-time options (Tuesdays and Thursdays for $120 per week), offering recreation, meals, and snacks, and reaching full capacity in recent sessions.

Hosts immersive themed weekend and summer camps for youth, including Harry Potter and Star Wars weekends for students entering grades 3–9, combining recreation, adventure, and imaginative engagement within a faith-based context.

Runs multiple week-long summer camp programs tailored to specific age groups, including children entering grades 1–5, grades 3–7, grades 3–9, grades 7–10, and high school graduates. These programs include recreational, spiritual, and educational activities within a Christian environment.

Provides hands-on baking and pastry arts training integrated with life skills and job readiness development for youth, including those with developmental and neurodivergent disabilities, using a structured teaching methodology and inclusive kitchen environment. Programs include food safety instruction, food handler’s license preparation, and skill-building in cash handling, kitchen organization, and customer interaction.

Hosts in-person events such as the Hummingbird Soirée and the Kindred Voices exhibit to foster storytelling, creativity, collective care, and community building, while also amplifying the lived experiences of participants and families.

Offers corporate team-building experiences and group activities as part of a social enterprise model to support program sustainability and community integration.

Offers internships and vocational training opportunities for young adults with disabilities, including placements at pop-up locations and pathways to sustainable employment in the food service industry.

Combines baking and culinary education with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) learning and social-emotional development to support holistic growth, community engagement, and personal confidence in participants.

Offers daily activity periods including swimming, archery, boating, fishing, arts and crafts, ceramics, music, photography, podcasting, frontier living skills, and sensory regulation, with adaptive techniques and equipment provided as needed to ensure full participation for children with disabilities.

Hosts an annual dinner event to benefit Camp Onseyawa, with a scheduled event on November 6, 2026.

Operates a structured application process that begins online and requires supplemental forms from a child's teacher and doctor; applications may be conditionally accepted, denied, or deferred based on health status or failure to meet eligibility criteria, with final admission decisions requiring Camp Director approval.

Provides an annual summer camping experience for children aged 8 to 16 with disabilities from Ontario, Seneca, Yates, and Wayne counties in New York, held during the last two full weeks of August at Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake. The program includes recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities tailored to camper needs.

Generates funding for Camp Onseyawa through an annual golf tournament, which is the organization's largest source of income.
