Provides financial support for hospital infrastructure, including fulfilling pledges for the construction of a new pavilion, purchasing medical equipment to meet critical needs, and funding building renovations and expansions in key departments such as the Cancer Center, Birthplace Labor and Delivery, Cardiology, and Mammography.

Organizes and hosts recurring fundraising events including annual golf tournaments, soup luncheons, scrub sales, wreath and poinsettia sales, pickleball events, and holiday flora sales to support hospital programs, particularly oncology services and other clinical departments.

Provides financial and operational support for the maintenance of the Butterfly Garden located at the E.J. Noble Building in Canton, NY.

Operates a volunteer-run gift shop at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, open weekdays from 9am to 5pm, serving as the primary source of fundraising revenue for the organization. The shop has been in operation since 1951 and is stocked with items to meet customer needs and wishes.

Provides a Mother’s Day gift basket to the mother of the first baby born at Canton-Potsdam Hospital on or after Mother’s Day each year.

Funds charitable organizations by raising money and distributing grants, with funding generated through motorcycle racing events.

Awards grants to McLean Hospital to support education, research, and treatment programs for mental illnesses, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, and borderline personality disorder. Funding is raised primarily through an annual charity bike ride and individual fundraising efforts.

Provides online platforms where users can contribute to blogs, message boards, and forums focused on mental health topics, fostering peer engagement and dialogue.

Hosts an annual multi-route bike ride in the Hudson Valley region with options of 25, 50, 100, and 14-mile rail trail routes to raise funds for mental health causes. Provides branded jerseys to all registered participants and supports participant fundraising through personal donor pages.

Provides annual scholarship awards to multiple graduating seniors from Westhampton Beach High School, with $16,000 awarded in recent years including the classes of 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025. The organization has consistently funded these scholarships over multiple years.

Funds life-saving heart surgeries in the U.S. for children worldwide with congenital heart disease through initiatives like the Gift of Life Program, having supported over 55,000 children from 80 countries. This includes arranging surgeries and providing financial assistance for desperately needed medical attention.

Plans and hosts local fundraising events such as comedy nights, spaghetti dinners, and "Fun"raiser events to support community programs, including benefit dinners in collaboration with local groups like the Kiwanis of Greater Westhampton and Knights of Columbus.

Provides direct support to local programs in the Westhampton area, including funding for a summer concert series and contributions to the local food pantry, reflecting ongoing community service engagement.

Provides essential items including toys, food, and clothing to children, with a focus on supporting needy families during the holiday season. In 2017, used Kyle Fest proceeds to purchase over $20,000 in new toys.

Donated over $15,000 worth of handicapped-accessible toys to the United Cerebral Palsy (U.C.P.) school in December.

Provided financial support to purchase hearing aids for a young Freeport student who lacked insurance coverage.
