Conducts STRONG Talks, a community engagement program where individuals with lived experience share personal stories in schools and community settings to educate audiences and prevent violence.

Operates an intervention and reentry program for justice-involved or high-risk youth and young adults, offering mentorship, case management, workforce development, and behavioral health supports to help participants reconnect with education and employment.

Provides gang prevention and intervention services in high-risk communities across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, including in school districts with elevated levels of economic disadvantage, chronic absenteeism, and below-average graduation rates. Programs are implemented during the school day and target students in grades K–8.

Operates a youth advocacy and leadership platform for high school students and young adults, providing structured opportunities in leadership development, civic engagement, public speaking, and advocacy.

Implements NeuroQuest™, a neuroscience-informed initiative that includes the Brain Science Club™ and the Mood Meter Project™, to help youth identify emotions, regulate stress, and improve decision-making. These hands-on programs are delivered during the school day and through extended learning opportunities.

Distributes family grocery boxes, hot meals, and Thanksgiving meals to residents of New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) developments across all five boroughs. The program serves individuals and families living in poverty, with ongoing food distribution and holiday-specific meal giveaways.

Organizes holiday giveaways including toys, clothing, coats, hats, gloves, and hygiene kits for children and individuals in low-income communities, particularly NYCHA residents in Brooklyn and Queens.

Operates a program providing services and support to senior citizens in the community.

Provides tutoring services to children and utilizes volunteers for administrative support across organizational programs.

Offers a Women's Empowerment program that helps female students identify talents and passions to set long-term goals, and a Men's Empowerment Workshop supporting young men in developing positive self-image and healthy relationships. Also provides tailored programming for women in NYCHA developments.

Offers a structured program for tweens and teens in Queens, NY, focused on building confidence, leadership, and emotional well-being through sports and wellness activities. In May 2026, 11 workshops served over 90 youth participants.

Provides a workshop series covering financial aid navigation, college admissions strategies, essay writing, time management, and academic planning. Also offers career development programming including resume writing, interview techniques, and financial literacy, aimed at preparing youth for college and self-sufficient futures.
