Operates a 3,000+ square foot event space that accommodates 80 to 200 guests and provides tables, chairs, and on-site maintenance for 4-hour rental events, including personalized brick installations along a walkway for donor recognition.

Offers family support services and collaborates with parents and professionals to ensure students receive necessary resources, educational support, and advocacy.

Provides leadership and oversight for Kulanu Academy’s Educational, OPWDD, and ACCES-VR divisions, including Day Habilitation and Employment programs, ensuring internal compliance and effective program operations.

Organizes 40 peer-based social events annually across five towns to support community inclusion and social development for individuals with disabilities.

Operates a middle school program for grades 6–8 with self-contained classrooms and provides a rigorous academic curriculum aligned with New York State Regents standards, including co-taught academic development classes in high school. Offers ongoing enrollment for children seeking special education services.

Provides comprehensive clinical therapeutic support including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and counseling delivered by licensed professionals in individualized settings. Also offers specialty classes in drama, art, and adaptive physical education to support social and emotional development.

Offers a Vocational Development Class aligned with the New York State CDOS framework and provides resume development, job coaching, and individualized job readiness support. Manages school district contracts for volunteer worksites, workplace tours, and summer internships, with community-based internships supported by one-to-one job coaches through partnerships with over 100 local businesses.

Supports creative expression and community visibility for autistic adults through organizing art shows in partnership with The Art Guild of Port Washington and producing a podcast, "Agents of Humanity," co-hosted by autistic individuals.

Provides individualized support to autistic adults in developing personal, social, and daily living skills—including travel training, health and wellness, personal care, and life safety—to promote independence and community inclusion.

Produces and distributes community newsletters—'Nicholas Center News,' 'Port Washington Navigator,' and 'Westchester Navigator'—to share news, events, and updates with participants and the broader community.

Procures, organizes, and delivers donated essential items and monthly supplies—including food, hygiene products, and household goods—to approximately 3,500–5,000 food-insecure individuals and families through partner pantries in Long Island and Westchester.

Operates comprehensive programs focused on developing life skills, social and communication abilities, vocational training, and community engagement for autistic adults, delivered through year-round programming at two New York locations, including expanded services in Westchester.

Provides on-the-job support, job coaching, internships, and pathways to permanent job placement for autistic adults through its Supported Employment Program (SEMP), including partnerships with community businesses and support for micro-business creation and sustainability.

Offers structured vocational training through skills assessment, work readiness curriculum, paid internships, and community-based volunteering to prepare autistic individuals for employment; includes on-site work at Vocational Skills Centers and job exploration through TNC Volunteer Groups.

Hosts an annual Monarch Butterfly Release in partnership with Seneca Park Zoo, a tradition ongoing since 2007, providing community engagement and educational opportunities for participants.

Facilitates community engagement and skill development for individuals with developmental disabilities through structured activities in parks, museums, zoos, stores, and volunteer programs. Delivers community habilitation services to 23 individuals to improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
