    HOUSINGOUR HOUSING PROGRAM SERVES A WIDE RANGE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT RISK FOR HOMELESSNESS, USING A HOUSING FIRST MODEL WHERE APPROPRIATE. INITIALLY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS FOCUS ON STABILIZING THEIR HOUSING SITUATION AND THEN CAN BEGIN ADDRESSING THEIR SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER.
