Raises funds through programs and events across the United States to support charitable, educational, and scientific initiatives at Rabin Medical Center, enabling facility expansions, advanced technology, and medical care.

Funds and facilitates international medical training for Israeli doctors, including sending 70 physicians to top U.S. institutions over six years, supporting the Ron & Fiorenza Cohen Craniofacial Fellowship, and enabling Israeli-Arab doctor Mohamed Kittani to train in Nevada, while also awarding research exchange fellowships in cardiology.

Expands and modernizes medical infrastructure at Rabin Medical Center through fundraising and joint ventures, including opening the Jusidman ER & Trauma Center, the Raphael Recanati Genetics Institute, a 500-bed COVID-19 facility, and the Transplantation Center, significantly enhancing healthcare capacity and technology.

Operates the Jusidman ER & Trauma Center, the largest and most advanced facility in Israel and the Middle East, serving approximately 200,000 patients annually and handling 200,000 emergency room admissions each year.

Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care through 1,100–1,200 patient beds, 46 hospitalization wards, and 37 operating rooms, supporting over 700,000 outpatient visits and nearly one million total patient visits annually.

Provides extensive cancer care through the Davidoff Comprehensive Cancer Center, which was expanded to 54,000 square feet and treated 130,578 patients in one year, serving as a leading oncology facility in the Middle East.

Supports 10,000 births annually and performs 35,000 surgical procedures each year, serving as a major provider of obstetric and surgical care in Israel.

Provides medical care to war casualties from northern and southern Israel, including monitoring for epileptic symptoms following head injuries, and delivered initial healthcare to immigrants from Russia and Ethiopia in the 1990s who had limited prior access to medical services.

Supports 50 research laboratories at Rabin Medical Center dedicated to advancing medical science and innovation.

Engages volunteers in organizational activities and provides internship opportunities in fundraising, event planning, and marketing to support institutional operations.

Conducts 30,000 genetic tests and 300 prenatal molecular genetics diagnoses annually at the Raphael Recanati Genetics Institute, and evaluates approximately 1,000 patients per year through the Oncogenetics program.

Coordinated the first international double organ transplant in Israel in over thirty years by arranging the transport of a heart and lungs from Cyprus to Rabin Medical Center within a three-and-a-half-hour window, leading to successful transplants for two female patients aged 34 and 68.

Performs 290 organ transplants and 120 bone marrow transplants annually, including pioneering procedures such as Israel’s first living related donor kidney transplant, first heart transplant, first artificial heart implantation, first TAVI procedure, and first domino kidney transplant.

Functions as a teaching hospital affiliated with the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, training medical students and employing 7,000 staff to support clinical and educational operations.
