THIS INCLUDES IN-HOME SERVICES, EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS, DAY PROGRAMS, RECEREATION, PERSONAL LIFE-NEEDS, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICAL ACCESS, ALONG WITH BENEFITS AND ENTITLEMENTS.
