Provides free training in workforce development, entrepreneurship, and small business management to individuals in underserved communities, particularly those with limited access to such resources. Programs focus on education and skill-building to support economic advancement.

Implements the Bridge Project in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and other African countries by deploying low-cost, portable “Bridge Pi” digital libraries to under-resourced schools, expanding access to educational technology for students and teachers with little or no prior computer experience.

Reactivated the US-Africa Sister Schools program to connect children and teachers across 17 schools in Sierra Leone participating in the Hands-on Reading program, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and educational support.

Ships 40-foot containers of books, textbooks, school supplies, clothing, sports equipment, furniture, and toys to over 1,000 schools and refugee camps across nine African countries, impacting over one million children.

Prepares to establish a Solar Skills Workshop at the We Yone Learning Centre to train individuals in solar system design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, building local technical capacity.

Delivers a 10-month workforce development program providing Google IT certifications to high school students in grades 9–11, along with industry-standard IT and tech certification courses. The program aims to prepare young Black males for careers in IT, cybersecurity, AI, and coding.

Funds external organizations and individuals through grants and scholarships, including a $505 grant to STEM4US, $100–$160 partnership grants to The Academy365 and Necessities for Children, $500 scholarship to Miguel Coppedge, and $160 support to a homeless shelter.

Offers free summer programs for Black boys aged 12–17, including a 6-week workforce development program and a summer STEM camp, with opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications in artificial intelligence and participate in hands-on learning in AI, cybersecurity, and gaming.

Operates and is developing Technology and Innovation Centers in Rochester, NY, including the John Lewis Building, to provide safe, inclusive environments for young Black males to engage in STEM education. The centers offer programs such as summer STEM camps and long-term tech training, with a soft launch featuring immersive learning in AI, cybersecurity, drone programming, and gaming.

Hosts an annual lecture series engaging over 200 young Black males in workshops on technology, leadership, and personal development, featuring Black men in tech who share personal stories to inspire participants.
