Rebuilt homes and supported community recovery in southern Mississippi following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, including disaster relief in Waveland, MS. Staffed by seven U.S.-based volunteer physicians, services included diagnosis and treatment of malaria, hypertension, diabetes, and other conditions, with on-site laboratory support. Facilitated surgical care for patients with critical conditions such as abdominal peritonitis, tuberculosis, and congenital defects.

Operates a winter outreach program, volunteering with Code Blue Saratoga from October to March, and provides meals and support to unhoused individuals during the off-season from April to September. Posts holiday wish lists for families in need during the fall season.

Provides safe and secure short-term shelter and care for homeless men and women in Buffalo, NY, with residents required to leave the facility between 9 AM and 4 PM daily and utilize an on-site Resource Center during those hours.

Offers referrals and accompanies individuals to local agencies for detox, rehabilitation, and other supportive services as part of its outreach program.

Organizes donation pickups on Mondays with one week advance notice to support program operations.

Provides 24/7 street outreach services as the sole provider for Brooklyn and Queens, making contact with over 2,000 homeless individuals annually and connecting more than 500 to housing and supportive services. Piloted a model that reduced street homelessness in Times Square by 87%, leading to citywide adoption of key components.
