Runs a mentoring program connecting underprivileged and disadvantaged youth with New York State Troopers to foster positive community interactions and role modeling.

Hosts a tribute weekend for families of New York State Troopers killed in the line of duty, including those who died from 9/11-related illnesses, to honor their service and support grieving families.

Offers emergency financial assistance and support services to New York State Police employees and their families during major personal crises, including serious injury, illness, death, or line-of-duty fatalities, including those resulting from 9/11-related illnesses.

Implements training initiatives for New York State Troopers, including homicide investigation seminars and realistic firearms training using simulators to improve decision-making under stress.

Convenes forums and discussions with City Council members, State Legislators, and other officials to address the impacts of public safety legislation, including NYPD budget cuts, bail reform, and the choke-hold ban, on the neighborhood.

Hosts virtual and in-person town hall meetings and safety events with elected officials, law enforcement, and city agencies to discuss community safety, public safety policies, and neighborhood concerns. These events include collaboration with the 19th Precinct's Neighborhood Coordination Officers and citywide officials such as the NYC Comptroller.

Organizes volunteer-driven Neighborhood Cleanup Day events and ongoing street cleaning activities, including removal of trash from sidewalks and tree pits, to improve local environmental and sanitation conditions.

Maintains a list of 24 member buildings in the East 72nd Street neighborhood to support coordinated community engagement and collective action on local issues.

Organized and led a petition campaign against the proposed Lenox Hill Hospital Development Project to represent community interests in urban planning decisions.

Continues to advocate for a Health Protection Bill to ensure permanent protection of health benefits for members.

Advocated for and helped achieve legislative changes including cost-of-living adjustments for retiree pensions, 100% Medicare reimbursement, and permanent COBRA health insurance eligibility for surviving spouses.
