Perpetual Care Funding

Imposes a winter maintenance fee from December 1st through March 31st. Charges per linear inch for foundation work with a minimum of 24 linear inches ($396.00), and fees for lettering permits.

Operates three mausoleums—Garden of Peace, Eternal Light, and Sunset Mausoleum Complex—offering outdoor granite crypts and indoor glass-front niches. Expanded the Eternal Light Mausoleum by adding 244 new crypts to meet demand for pre-planned arrangements.

Organizes public events such as themed walking and trolley tours, art installations, and seasonal events. Offers school programs and field trips for students from 3K through 12th grade, as well as death education programming to engage the community and support learning.
