Authored two books on spirituality: 'Hidden Treasure' and 'Dance of Light', contributing to literature on personal and spiritual development.

Operates two outdoor labyrinths, including a 50-foot diameter 11-circuit labyrinth modeled on Chartres Cathedral, open to the public 24 hours a day, and maintains Stillpoint Sanctuary—a meditation and prayer chapel—for public use. Also provides access to trails and sanctuary spaces for walking and seated meditation from dawn to dusk.

Hosts structured retreats such as the Coaching at the Edge Retreat, wellness retreats for individuals with scoliosis and spinal fusion, and immersive programs focused on nervous system regulation and inner transformation. Also launched and operated the Hidden Treasure program, a three-year course in personal healing and growth, from 2003 to 2017.

Operates a 236-acre retreat center in Van Etten, NY, offering natural surroundings and facilities including cottages, huts, and the Inner Light Lodge for individual and group retreats focused on reflection, inner work, and spiritual growth. Provides accommodations and gourmet vegetarian meals with dietary accommodations during retreats.

Organizes volunteer work days to care for the land and maintain the retreat center grounds.

Offers free guided meditations to individuals who join the organization’s mailing list.

Offers a Mentoring Add-On Day featuring 7 hours of group coaching that fulfills International Coaching Federation (ICF) group mentoring requirements, supporting professional development in coaching.

Leads the U.S. office of RILM (Repertoire International de Littérature Musicale), identifying U.S. publications on music and writing abstracts to support global music scholarship.

Requires comprehensive orientation and annual competency training for all staff, hosts an annual Staff Training Day for over 600 employees, and partners with SUNY Sullivan to host clinical rotations for nursing students specializing in intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Offers equine therapy, music and art therapies, sports, Special Olympics participation, archery, and seasonal recreational outings such as Pop-up Camp. Maintains a therapeutic horseback-riding program with dedicated stables and supports teams in state-level competitions.

Operates the Family & Friends Network and a private Facebook group to share information, legislative updates, and daily life insights, while fostering peer connections and knowledge sharing among families and friends of individuals served.

Provides telehealth services enabling electronic consultations with board-certified physicians and launched a pilot program using therapeutic light technology to support individuals experiencing seasonal depression.

Achieved and maintained CQL accreditation since 2014, reflecting adherence to national quality standards in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Provides long-term support services including community habilitation, respite, day habilitation, and fiscal intermediary services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Operates 38 residential homes and offers structured day programs focused on life skills, wellness, and community engagement.

Distributed 540 meals to families in need during the holiday season and established a staff food pantry to support employees experiencing food insecurity.

Manages greenhouse and garden facilities with 6,000 square feet of growing space, producing over 12,000 pounds of fresh vegetables annually for residences, culinary education, and emergency food providers, with surplus donated to local organizations combating food insecurity.

Supports individuals with developmental disabilities in gaining work experience and economic independence through Community Enterprises, a consumer-run diner, supported work programs with formal employment contracts, and vocational training initiatives.

Supports service delivery through the acquisition of a new van for reliable transportation and critical facility upgrades including a new shed and Hoyer Lift at Hope Farm, as well as relocation to a newly acquired 13,500-square-foot facility in Pleasantville in May 2025.
