Invest in Educator Quality

By enhancing the qualifications, training, and well-being of early childhood educators, we improve child development outcomes, because high-quality interactions between skilled providers and children are foundational to effective early learning. This strategy centers on strengthening the early childhood workforce as the primary lever for improving child outcomes. It unifies efforts across organizations that prioritize professional development, certification, coaching, and provider well-being—not as standalone HR functions, but as core mechanisms for delivering high-quality, consistent, and developmentally appropriate care. While other strategies focus on curriculum models or family engagement, this approach treats educator capacity as the critical intervention point for systemic impact.
