Provides community-based residential services including transitional and permanent supportive housing for adults with serious psychiatric illnesses across multiple programs in New York City. Programs include apartment treatment, congregate care, scatter-site placements, and single-room occupancy units, with capacity for at least 202 beds across four licensed facilities and additional scattered-site units, maintaining high occupancy rates.

Provides one-to-one skill-building support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes or communities, focusing on daily living, communication, and community awareness. Services are delivered both individually and through programs like B2H and TBI supports.

Delivers mobile crisis intervention, behavioral psychology services, and home and community-based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and those transitioning from institutional care. Includes support for foster care and waiver program participants.

Provides structured day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities to improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills in certified out-of-home settings. Operates site-based programs in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, including after-school and Saturday programs, and a Without Walls program in Queens.

Operates 24/7 supervised residential programs including Individualized Residential Alternatives, Family Care, and certified homes housing one to six individuals. Provides service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those without Medicaid, to connect them with respite, advocacy, vocational, recreational, and home health services. Coordinates care across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island.

Provides Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) supports and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion services to help individuals transition from institutional settings to community-based care. Offered through The Pride Center in Farmingdale and other locations.

Provides Supported Employment (SEMP) services to help individuals with developmental disabilities obtain and maintain competitive, paid jobs in the community.

Operates a Compliance Committee that meets quarterly to review compliance concerns, investigations, and policy updates; conducts annual compliance training for employees, consultants, board members, and volunteers on federal and state healthcare laws; and maintains procedures for receiving, investigating, and responding to complaints about ethical or legal violations.

Runs a 12-bed community residence specifically for deaf, mentally ill individuals, providing private rooms, 24/7 support, and tailored services including communication access, daily living skills training, and community integration.

Provides safe, stable, and supervised housing for adults with serious mental illness through multiple licensed residential programs, including a 16-bed residence in Orangeburg, a 12-bed residence for deaf individuals, and a 9-bed residence in Suffern. These residences offer private bedrooms and 24/7 on-site staffing to support resident safety and well-being.

Manages the Marty Langer Home, a 9-bed residential facility in Suffern, NY, providing supported housing and mental health services for individuals with mental illness.

Operates supported housing programs (Clue I, Clue 2, Clue IV, Marty Langer Home, and other community apartments) serving 46 individuals across Rockland County, offering housing stability and services such as daily living skills training, medication and symptom management, restorative services, and community integration support to promote independent living.

Provides ongoing, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment for children, adults, and families through a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center model. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, crisis intervention, care coordination, and primary care linkages, delivered in-person, via video, or telephone, with walk-in and crisis hours available weekly in community settings across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Provides clinical internships in social work and mental health counseling for graduate students through affiliations with institutions of higher learning, contributing to workforce development in the mental health field.

Runs three ACT teams in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens that provide evidence-based, intensive community-based treatment for individuals with serious mental illness, including crisis intervention, counseling, medication management, and daily support services aimed at preventing hospitalization and promoting stability.
