Provides Iftar meals during Ramadan to approximately 200–300 people nightly, along with food baskets, as part of the "1 Million Iftars" initiative. This program has been implemented in multiple years including 2023 and 2024.

Supports Yemeni women by providing income-generating tools such as sewing machines or covering rent for convenience stores, enabling them to start small businesses and achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Provides monthly cash assistance ($65 for orphans aged 10 and above), food, clothing, school supplies, healthcare, and nutritious meals to orphans in Yemen and other regions through a structured sponsorship program.

Runs the Mercy Food Truck program launched in January 2024 to serve individuals in need in the United States, distributing approximately 17,000 meals between February and December 2024.

Operates bakery and kitchen facilities in Yemen, Gaza, Jordan, Pakistan, and Egypt to produce and distribute fresh bread and nutritious meals to vulnerable populations. In 2024, produced 9.6 million loaves of bread and 560,000 hot meals, with daily operations in multiple locations including eight facilities across Yemen.

Runs a community kitchen that serves 1,000 meals per day, totaling 30,000 meals per month, primarily in Yemen, using locally sourced ingredients to prepare balanced, nutritious meals.

Distributes Eid gifts, including clothing and other essentials, to orphans and low-income families in Yemen and other regions during religious holidays as part of seasonal humanitarian programming.

Delivers emergency food, water, medical supplies, and other critical aid to populations in Gaza, Yemen, and Jordan affected by conflict and humanitarian crises. Includes on-the-ground relief operations targeting communities lacking access to basic needs such as food and clean water.

Operates a dedicated program to deliver nutritious meals and essential aid to Yemeni cancer patients receiving treatment in Egypt, ensuring access to food and medical support during their care.

Offers rent assistance and direct financial support to displaced and low-income families in Yemen and other regions to ensure housing stability and meet basic needs.

Conducts water-well restoration projects in Yemen and other regions to improve access to clean water for vulnerable communities, as part of broader humanitarian and community development initiatives.

Distributes school bags and full supply kits to children from low-income families, such as 524 students in Amman, to support educational access and reduce financial burdens on families.

Provides nutritious meals and critical humanitarian aid to Yemeni, Syrian, and Sudanese refugees in Jordan through regular food distribution and community support programs.

Supports field partners and local NGOs by providing resources and technical assistance to strengthen community health programs and improve service delivery.

Manages and implements USAID IFRP grants focused on delivering fortified nutritional supplements and supporting health and development programs for maternal, pediatric, and geriatric populations. Since 2015, conducted country-wide evaluation, distribution, and monitoring across multiple grants, including delivery of 337.68 metric tons of supplements reaching over 71,000 people in Somaliland and ongoing programs since 2005.

Organizes and personally leads international relief missions to oversee the delivery of medical and nutritional aid, with over 150 missions conducted since inception.

Delivers HIV/AIDS education and pharmaceutical management training as part of comprehensive health support in target communities.

Procures, ships, and distributes donated medicines, medical supplies, nutrition, and lifesaving aid to hospitals, clinics, and care centers in developing countries. Since 1990, has delivered over $1 billion in resources worldwide, including more than 50,000 metric tons of food relief since 1993.
