STYLUS' MEMBERS CLUB PROGRAMS ARE ESTIMATED TO COMPRISE 90 PERCENT OF STYLUS' OVERALL ACTIVITIES.E. THE FUNDRAISING FOR STYLUS WILL CONSIST OF MEMBERSHIP DUES.F. SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF STYLUS' ACTIVITIES ARE FOR RECREATION CENTERED AROUND SOUND, MUSIC, WELLNESS, AND FOOD, NO PART OF THE ORGANIZATION'S NET EARNINGS INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY INDIVIDUAL AND THE ORGANIZATION IS PROHIBITED FROM DISCRIMINATING ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOR,OR RELIGION.
