THE YOUTH ACT TEAM HAS BEEN OPERATIONAL ALMOST ALL YACT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THE COMMUNITY, AT A PERSON'S HOME, A SHELTER, THE HOME OF FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS, IN SCHOOL, AT MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS. THE TEAM PROVIDED 849 SERVICES TO CLIENTS IN 2024.
