- Delivers live and virtual music concerts to isolated and homebound individualsProvides personalized, interactive live and virtual music performances to homebound, hospitalized, and socially isolated individuals, including older adults, veterans, Holocaust survivors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing housing or food insecurity. Programs are accessible via phone for participants without internet access and are delivered both in person and virtually across the New York metro area and nationally.
- Engages professional and student musicians in community performancesEmploys over 130 professional musicians, including performers with credentials from Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Grammy Award winners, and collaborates with student ensembles to present concerts for isolated populations. The organization also supports youth participation through school-based CiM Clubs and facilitates student performances at older adult agencies.
