Fields competitive youth teams that participate in and win regional and local tournaments, including the Little League District 23 Championships, Sectional Championships, USABL tournaments, NYC Baseball Federation events, and state-level competitions across multiple age groups and divisions.

Organizes and operates recreational baseball and softball programs for over 700 children ages 6–18 across 55 teams on the west side of Manhattan, including structured divisions for T-ball, Minors, Majors, Junior/Senior Baseball, and Girls' Softball.

Enforces behavioral standards through a formal process including temporary or season-long suspensions for players, parents, or associated individuals, determined by majority vote of the Board of Directors following serious incidents.

Updates and enforces health protocols in alignment with CDC and NYC guidelines, including modifications to post-game gatherings and umpire positioning during games.

Manages seasonal registration for players, collects fees used to cover uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, umpires, insurance, and administrative costs, and issues full refunds for medical withdrawals with doctor’s documentation.

Provides need-based scholarships to ensure youth participation regardless of ability to pay full registration fees, supported by league revenues and sponsorships.

Offers tax-deductible team sponsorships at $500 per team across all divisions, displaying sponsor logos on uniforms and providing website links to sponsor organizations.

Provides team uniforms including tee shirts and caps for players and coaches as part of seasonal participation.

Supports player development pathways, including preparation for collegiate athletics and elite competitions, as demonstrated by players earning college roster spots and competing in MLB Jr. events.
