- Organizing and hosting sailboat racing programsOperates weekly keelboat racing programs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, including PHRF handicap racing in main & jib and spinnaker classes, and hosts at least two annual regattas such as the Chuck Chilcott Summer Regatta and Champion of Champions. The club supports an average of approximately 400 sailors and 65–75 boats registered for racing each year.
- Providing introductory and educational sailing programsOffers a 4-week introductory sailing program that combines onshore instruction with hands-on on-water experience, including four weekly Saturday sessions with 45 minutes of dockside teaching and 2.5 hours of sailing practice, aimed at teaching basic sailing skills to new participants.
