Provides comprehensive career counseling, transfer planning support, career exploration, and employment resources to all students through personalized guidance, workshops, classroom presentations, and collaboration with faculty and campus partners.

Supports CUNY's policies against discrimination and sexual misconduct; provides on-site training to departments on equal opportunity policies; receives and processes complaints, including mandatory reports from responsible employees.

Provides funding for security and operational expenses related to on-campus parking and rents off-campus facilities to provide additional student parking during peak enrollment periods. Issues parking permits to students, faculty, and staff through the Bursar's office.

Identifies, investigates, assesses, refers, monitors, and takes action in response to student behaviors that may pose a threat to the college community; makes recommendations ranging from counseling referrals to removal from the college; refers lower-risk students to campus resources to support continued enrollment.

Supports administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of course content through a learning management system that integrates with CUNYfirst, enables single sign-on, synchronizes grades, supports mobile access, integrates third-party tools (Zoom, Echo360, TurnItIn), verifies online attendance for financial aid compliance, and fosters virtual classroom communication.

Provides funding and logistical support for community cultural events, facility usage, licensing fees, a summer beach program, hospitality services, and an annual homecoming event for alumni, students, staff, faculty, and the broader community.

Offers crime prevention programs to support students, faculty, and staff in reducing campus crime and enhancing safety.

Offers free legal services and referrals in immigration matters including asylum, deportation defense, naturalization (Form N-400), renewal of green cards (Form I-90), family-based visa petitions, and fee waivers; assists U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents with required documentation.

Serves over 25,000 students annually through programs such as College for Kids and the 50+ Wellness Program.

Supports student attendance at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce Energy Summit & Expo through grant funding and partnership; enables engineering students to receive job and internship offers through networking, panel discussions, and trade show participation.

Creates and maintains a safe, inclusive, and accessible space to foster intercultural understanding, collaboration, leadership, and civic engagement; hosts interdisciplinary discussions, lectures, panels, and workshops; prepares students for leadership roles and participation in the global 21st century workforce through community service and engagement initiatives.

Supports intercollegiate athletic teams that compete in NJCAA and CUNYAC championships; recognizes outstanding student-athletes annually; hires head coaches and launches recruitment campaigns for new teams including baseball and women’s volleyball.

Provides technology support to advance instructional and community goals by promoting integration of technology into teaching, learning, and administrative functions; delivers planning, programming, training, consulting, and technical support services to the college community.

Processes applications for academic accommodations within 2–3 weeks of submission, provides in-person testing accommodations with advance notice, and sends accommodation letters to professors within up to 2 business days of request.

Allocates funds to support cultural and artistic programs at Kingsborough Community College, including musical performances, a summer concert series, an adult theatrical program, and a children's theater. Also commissions and premieres original works such as the world's first concerto for notated rap and orchestra with the San Francisco Symphony.
